Returns and refunds

These are our return and refund policies:

We accept returns for any product within 14 days, in any condition. Refunds and return shipping costs vary depending on the circumstances.

If the return is made because the customer has changed their mind, return shipping is at the customer's expense. A full refund for the returned merchandise is issued if the boxes have not been opened. Otherwise, a partial refund is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

If the return is made because the merchandise is defective, or due to a logistical error on our part, return shipping is at our expense. A full refund for the returned merchandise is issued, even if the boxes have been opened.

If the return is made because the customer ordered the wrong product by mistake, return shipping is at the customer's expense, but we reserve the right to make exceptions for first-time purchases by new customers. A full refund for the returned merchandise is issued if the boxes have not been opened. Otherwise, a partial refund is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

The cost for returns, when at the customer's expense, is CHF9.-
