Returns and refunds

These are our policies for returns and refunds:

We accept returns of any product within 14 days, in any condition. Refunds and return shipping costs vary depending on the circumstances.

If the return is made because the customer has changed their mind, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. A full refund of the returned goods will be issued if the boxes have not been opened. Otherwise, a partial refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If the return is made because the goods are defective, or due to a logistical error on our part, return shipping is our responsibility. A full refund of the returned goods will be issued, even if the boxes have been opened.

If the return is made because the customer ordered the wrong product by mistake, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, but we reserve the right to make exceptions for first-time purchases by new customers. A full refund of the returned goods will be issued if the boxes have not been opened. Otherwise, a partial refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

The cost for return shipping, when it is the customer's responsibility, is CHF9.-
