Privacy and data rights (GDPR)
On this page, you will find information on how to exercise your personal data protection rights as provided for by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data rectification
You can independently update your account details (name, addresses, contact information) from the My Account page. For corrections you are unable to make yourself, please write to us and we will take care of it.
Data access and portability
You may request a complete copy of the personal data we hold about you (profile data, order history, communications) at any time, including in a structured and reusable electronic format.
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
You may request the deletion of your personal data from our store. Please note that deletion also involves the removal of your customer account and that certain data (such as invoices) must be retained by law for 10 years before they can be deleted.
Cookies
Upon your first visit, you can accept, reject, or customize cookies via the consent banner. You can change your choice at any time via the "Manage preferences" link in the banner or through your browser settings.
How to submit a request
Write to support@napolicaffe.ch from the email address associated with your account, indicating the type of request (access, rectification, erasure, or portability). We will respond within 30 days.
